The Signorelli Company
THE WOODLANDS, TX (Oct 5, 2026) -- Signorelli, one of the largest privately owned real estate developers in Texas, announces that Amy Crenan has joined the company as Senior Vice President of Marketing. In this role, she will join the company’s executive leadership, overseeing its integrated marketing and communications strategy to strengthen brand awareness and support business development. Crenan brings more than 15 years of marketing and communications experience to the role.
Prior to joining Signorelli, Crenan spent more than a decade at Cornerstone Building Brands where she advanced through senior marketing roles. During her tenure, she built and scaled integrated marketing capabilities that generated demand, improved marketing performance and modernized how the company engaged customers across a complex, multi-brand portfolio.
“Amy brings an impressive knowledge of the residential and commercial building industries, along with proven success across all the key marketing disciplines,” said Danny Signorelli, founder and CEO of Signorelli. “We are delighted to welcome her expertise at this dynamic and opportunistic time in our growth and development.”
At Signorelli, Crenan will lead marketing efforts across the company's development projects, including multiple master-planned communities and Signorelli's award-winning homebuilding division, First America Homes.
"I'm excited to join Signorelli at such an important time in the company's growth," said Crenan. “They've built a strong reputation as a market maker in this industry, and I look forward to working with the team to strengthen the brand and build on that success across its portfolio.”
Crenan holds a Master of Business Administration from the Jack Welch Management Institute and a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Communications and Journalism from Texas A&M University.
Signorelli welcomes Crenan during a period of growth and expansion, including the continued progress of its largest project to date, Austin Point, a 6,400-acre master-planned city in Fort Bend County. The community is planned around eight distinct districts designed to accommodate a diverse mix of uses, including residential, retail, dining, entertainment, healthcare and wellness, higher education, office, innovation, research and advanced manufacturing. Residential development is already underway with residents moving into the community and homes planned across a broad range of housing types and price points.
In addition to Austin Point, Signorelli's portfolio includes 16 planned communities across Greater Houston. Among them is Valley Ranch, an award-winning, 1,400-acre mixed-use community in New Caney, Texas. One of the region’s premier live-work-play destinations, Valley Ranch encompasses 2.55 million square feet of retail, office, entertainment, restaurant and mixed-use development including one of the region’s most-visited open-air shopping centers and a new 210,000-square-foot convention center slated to open late 2026. Along with Valley Ranch, Signorelli's portfolio includes five other master-planned communities in Montgomery County.
