The Signorelli Company

A 30-Year Legacy of Transforming Timberlands and Farmlands into Timeless Communities

ABOUT US

Founded in 1994 by Daniel Signorelli, The Signorelli Company is a vertically integrated real estate developer headquartered in The Woodlands, Texas – the birthplace of master-planned communities. For three decades, we've specialized in transforming transitional timber and agricultural lands into master-planned communities where families live, work and thrive.

Founder Danny Signorelli, learned the timber business working alongside his grandfather as young man while attending Texas A&M University. That experience taught him the value of patience in unlocking a property's potential—a principle that defines our strategy today.

We acquire transitional timber tracts and farmland in high-growth corridors across East Texas, Greater Houston and Central Texas. Rather than pursue quick returns, we buy at sustainable valuations from timber companies, institutional owners and legacy estates, then apply a phased development approach. We maintain timber operations or agricultural productivity for steady cash flow while enhancing natural features, entitling the land and preparing appropriate parcels for alternative uses from recreational to master-planned communities.

Over 30 years, we've acquired and repositioned tens of thousands of acres across more than 20 Texas counties, building a portfolio approaching $2 billion in assets under management. Our projects span the full development spectrum—from active timber management and crop production to fully entitled master-planned communities—delivering stable returns and resilient, enduring places to call home.

Conservation as Foundation

At Signorelli, conservation isn't an initiative—it's where we start and how we create. We respect the land and the natural beauty Mother Nature has already perfected, designing communities that live in harmony with their surroundings. Each development thoughtfully incorporates lakes, parks, trails and preserved land, honoring the landscape while providing meaningful access to the outdoors. These are places where families gather, kids explore and everyday life naturally extends outside.

Whether it's skipping rocks across a pond, a quiet Saturday morning with family outdoors or a walk along a nature trail, these moments shape healthier lives and stronger communities. Through our conservation efforts, we don't just preserve land—we protect the opportunity for people to slow down, step outside and create millions of moments that matter, today and for generations to come.
