Commercial Development Associate

As a Development Associate, you will report to the Vice President of the Commercial Division and work closely with the Commercial Development team to generate underwriting, due diligence, Investment Committee presentations for development activities in the Houston and Tulsa markets. Land Development Manager

This position is primarily responsible for the acquisition, design, construction, and delivery of single-family residential lots on time and within budget. The Land Development Manager will serve as the lead contact for all development consultants and contractors while supporting the Senior Vice President of Development with all builder relations. The core responsibilities will include initial due diligence of acquisitions, managing the entitlement and design of residential subdivisions, setting expectations with and managing construction contractors, and satisfying all builder substantial completion requirements to ensure that lots are delivered and closed per the contract requirements.

This position will be responsible for handling confidential material on a regular basis and work closely with all parties to help faciliate closing transactions. The candidate must be internally motivated, organized and comfortable in a fast paced environment. Home building experience is a plus, but not required.

First America Homes is currently searching for Construction Managers to join our growing, dynamic team. The Construction Manager with coordinate with our new homebuilding team to supervise the building process, inspections during the building schedule and communicate with ensuring the project gets completed on time and within budget. Additional responsibilities include managing trade partners and ensuring quality control and safety. No experience is necessary. The candidate must self-motivated, be able to problem solve, and have a desire to learn the business and excel.

Homebuilding Community Sales Manager

First America Homes is seeking a Community Sales Managers to assist customers in finding their dream home. The objective of this position is to be responsible for the sale and closure of new single-family homes in designated communities as well as be able to coordinate all aspects of the home buying process to provide an outstanding customer experience. The candidate must be energetic, self-motivated and customer-driven individual who approaches challenges with enthusiasm and a positive attitude, strong work ethic, as well as results oriented. New home sales experience not required. General sales experience preferred.
