Multi-Family Maintenance Lead

The Maintenance Lead will be responsible for carrying out the maintenance processes of The Pointe at Valley Ranch Town Center, a luxury apartment community in Valley Ranch.  This includes corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance as well as make-ready processes in a manner consistent with the property’s operational objectives.

Real Estate Analyst / Associate

As an Analyst / Associate in the various business units, you will support the efficient underwriting of new development and financing opportunities. Successful analysis will lead to effective decision-making and proper deployment of personnel and financial resources to acquire and develop large-scale projects for vertical and horizontal development that will significantly add to the bottom line for the company.

Graphic Design Intern

As the Graphic Design Intern for the Signorelli Company, you will report to the Marketing Director and be responsible for assisting the graphics and marketing efforts for the various Signorelli Company divisions and brands. This position will assist with implementing advertising, marketing, and maintaining brand adherence for the commercial, land, multi-family, retail and recreational division for the Signorelli Company.

Homebuilding Construction Manager

First America Homes is currently searching for Construction Managers to join our growing, dynamic team. The Construction Manager with coordinate with our new homebuilding team to supervise the building process, inspections during the building schedule and communicate with ensuring the project gets completed on time and within budget. Additional responsibilities include managing trade partners and ensuring quality control and safety. No experience is necessary. The candidate must self-motivated, be able to problem solve, and have a desire to learn the business and excel.

Homebuilding Community Sales Consultant

First America Homes is seeking a Community Sales Consultant to assist customers in finding their dream home. The objective of this position is to be responsible for the sale and closure of new single-family homes in designated communities as well as be able to coordinate all aspects of the home buying process to provide an outstanding customer experience. The candidate must be energetic, self-motivated and customer-driven individual who approaches challenges with enthusiasm and a positive attitude, strong work ethic, as well as results oriented. New home sales experience not required. General sales experience preferred.
