Jr. Graphic Designer

The Signorelli Company is currently seeking a Jr. Graphic Designer. The Jr. Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visual concepts to communicate ideas which inform and inspire various target audiences including shoppers, retailers, brokers, and builders.  This role works closely with other members of the marketing team and key stakeholders from each division. The primary responsibility of the Jr. Graphic Designer will be to create various effective marketing pieces to promote the brand and elicit business.

Maintenance Supervisor, The Retreat RV & Camping Resort

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for leading and overseeing the maintenance and housekeeping team members and handle all day-to-day upkeep on the resort.  The Maintenance Technician will work 40+hours a week. Evenings, weekends, and on-call hours are required as circumstances warrant.

Homebuilding Community Sales Manager

First America Homes is seeking a Community Sales Managers to assist customers in finding their dream home. The objective of this position is to be responsible for the sale and closure of new single-family homes in designated communities as well as be able to coordinate all aspects of the home buying process to provide an outstanding customer experience. Homebuilding Construction Manager

First America Homes is currently searching for Construction Managers to join our growing, dynamic team. The Construction Manager with coordinate with our new homebuilding team to supervise the building process, inspections during the building schedule and communicate with ensuring the project gets completed on time and within budget. Additional responsibilities include managing trade partners and ensuring quality control and safety. No experience is necessary. The candidate must self-motivated, be able to problem solve, and have a desire to learn the business and excel.
