Senior Real Estate Analyst

As a Senior Real Estate Analyst, you will report to a Manager and support the efficient underwriting of new development and financing opportunities. Responsibilities will include collaboration with a variety of business segments and direct communication with division leaders. Successful analysis will lead to effective decision making and proper deployment of personnel and financial resources to acquire and develop large scale projects for vertical and horizontal development that will significantly add to the bottom line for the company.

Service Manager, RPA Living

Oversees and performs technical and mechanical work that ensures the inside and external buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas of the community meet The Signorelli Company standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality by performing maintenance-related tasks. Primary responsibilities include maintenance of the community, including overall inspections, repairs, and general maintenance of market-ready homes and other interior/exterior areas. Lead the maintenance team by delegating, supervising, and directing the work of the department.

Maintenance Technician-Groundsperson, Multifamily

Understands and implements the Signorelli Residential strategies related to maintain the appearance of the community common areas in a clean, orderly, and safe manner.  Prepare vacant apartment homes for new residency by completing maintenance repairs, painting, cleaning, and lock changes.  Performs various tasks associated with maintenance demonstrating the highest level of residential service with a goal to exceed expectations.  This position is Non-exempt status and reports to the Community Director and Service Manager for The Signorelli Company. 

Maintenance Technician-Make Ready, Multifamily

Demonstrates high energy and ability to execute the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals.  Performs all activities related to leasing to new residents, providing resident satisfaction throughout the term of the lease, and securing resident lease renewals.  This position is Non-exempt and reports to the Community Director for The Signorelli Company.

Community Director, Signorelli Residential

Understands and implements the Signorelli Residential strategies related to property management by leading and supervising on-site Associates at build-for-rent communities. Implements the policies, procedures, and practices that enable the community to meet and exceed budgeted financial goals and achieve above-market operational performance objectives. Performs various tasks associated with maintenance and leasing/marketing while demonstrating the highest level of residential service with a goal to exceed expectations.  This position is Exempt status and reports to the Regional Supervisor for Signorelli Residential Living. 

Leasing Associate, RPA Living

Land Development Associate

This position is primarily responsible for providing office and field support to the Land Development Manager on multiple single-family residential projects and master planned communities. In addition to assisting the Land Development Manager in delivering lots on schedule and within budget, the Land Development Associate will provide analytical and due diligence support to the Land Development Division while ensuring the integrity and accuracy of financial and market data used to make critical decisions.  The core responsibilities will include financial modeling and analysis, performing financial, operational, and legal due diligence, producing reports, assisting with invoice processing, budgeting, cash flows, and coordination of various other development and management tasks to support the Division. This position will formally report to the Vice President of Land Development, but will work day-to-day with reporting responsibilities to the Land Development Manager.

Land Development Manager

As a Land Development Manager, you will be responsible for effectively and efficiently coordinating the development of company-owned properties to achieve business plans and financial objectives. In this role, you will create and manage land development budgets, monitor work and actively track invoices.  The eligible candidate must understand all components of the land development processes and timing/sequencing of all phases of those processes. You will also need to secure the company’s ability to deliver lots on time and play an integral role in the planning process for the jurisdictions in which the company operates, anticipating all possible requirements needed to secure building permits. Additionally, you must have the ability to understand design-related components necessary to satisfy jurisdictional requirements. 

Homebuilding Construction Intern, First America Homes

We are currently searching for Construction Interns to assist the construction team in coordinating the on-site construction of new homes in assigned subdivisions. This is an hourly position that reports to the Vice President of Construction.

Housekeeper, The Retreat RV & Camping Resort

The Housekeeping position is responsible performing various housekeeping duties to ensure that our resort is clean and tidy and that our guests have a top-notch experience at the resort. The Housekeeper will work 40+ hours a week. Evenings, weekends, and on-call hours are required as circumstances warrant.

First America Homes is currently searching for Construction Managers to join our growing, dynamic team. The Construction Manager with coordinate with our new homebuilding team to supervise the building process, inspections during the building schedule and communicate with ensuring the project gets completed on time and within budget. Additional responsibilities include managing trade partners and ensuring quality control and safety. No experience is necessary. The candidate must self-motivated, be able to problem solve, and have a desire to learn the business and excel.

Homebuilding Community Sales Consultant, First America Homes

First America Homes is seeking a Community Sales Consultant to assist customers in finding their dream home. The objective of this position is to be responsible for the sale and closure of new single-family homes in designated communities as well as be able to coordinate all aspects of the home buying process to provide an outstanding customer experience. The candidate must be energetic, self-motivated and customer-driven individual who approaches challenges with enthusiasm and a positive attitude, strong work ethic, as well as results oriented. New home sales experience not required. General sales experience preferred.
