The position of Vice President of Medical Leasing and Development will have a primary focus on leasing and developing a mixed-use medical district within the Signorelli Company’s award winning master planned community, Valley Ranch, located in Northeast Houston at the major intersection of I-69 and the Grand Parkway. Valley Ranch contains a total of 200 acres of land that has been identified for medical development with the ability to develop over 1 million square feet of medical office space, two acute care hospitals, as well as retail, hospitality, educational facilities, and other commercial developments. Additionally, the company is planning to develop medical office in other master planned communities owned or controlled by the company. This position will also leverage current projects and future projects within the company’s master planned communities into future development opportunities.
This candidate should be a self-starter with 5-10 years of medical leasing and development experience in the Houston MSA.
The Land Development Manager is responsible for facilitating FAH’s ability to maintain 500 plus closings per year in the greater Houston market.
The position is a Vice President of Retail Leasing with a primary focus on leasing retail developments including the firm’s flagship super regional shopping center, Valley Ranch Town Center. Valley Ranch Town Center consists of 700,000 SF of existing space with the ability to develop an additional 300,000 sf. Additionally, the company is in planning to develop Valley Ranch Marketplace consisting of up to 500,000 SF, the 4,700 acre Austin Pointe Master Planned Community retail, and numerous other retail developments in The Signorelli Company’s communities.
The success candidate is a self-starter with 5-10 years of retail leasing experience in the Houston MSA. Additionally, the candidate should have experience with large box users, regional operators and small shop tenants.
The Marketing Specialist will conduct various marketing campaigns to generate leads and promote the brand for Signorelli Company and its various divisions. This position will be focused on data and be responsible for lead generation and branding, onsite sales support, report analysis, and event planning. The Marketing Specialist will work with the inhouse marketing and graphics department to execute the various marketing plans and programs in the Greater Houston Area. This is an exempt position which reports to the Signorelli Company Marketing Manager.

The Corporate Controller is responsible for the overall financial functions of the organization, including corporate entity controllership, owner of the organizational chart, financial consolidation and reporting, tax strategy/forecasting, tax compliance liaison with external accountants/advisors, and lead refining/designing best practices for accounting process and procedures.
This role also will also lead the senior corporate accountant and accounting assistants that handle the transactional aspects of AP, draws, corporate activities and treasury. They will have ownership of many key cash flow processes that receive eyesight up to the C-Suite. The successful candidate will need to be highly organized with experience in facilitating complex organizations financial environments, implementing best practices and automation to sustain scalable operations.
The Accounting Assistant is responsible for the foundation of accounting functions across much of the Signorelli portfolio. This includes coordinating cash transactions (the life-blood of the company), facilitating development draws working with both operations and accounting, organizing future cash flow support for community and commercial development, and being a key team member in company initiatives and projects garnering attention all the way up to the C-suite and owner. They will have ownership of many key cash flow processes. The successful candidate will need to be able to manage a catalogue of weekly tasks but also willing to be a jack of all trades who enjoys getting involved with all facets of the company.

The objective of this position is to be responsible for the sale and closure of new single-family homes in designated communities as well as be able to coordinate all aspects of the home buying process to provide an outstanding customer experience. The candidate must be energetic, self-motivated and customer-driven individual who approaches challenges with enthusiasm and a positive attitude, strong work ethic, as well as results oriented. New home sales experience not required. General sales experience preferred.
