The IT Infrastructure Manager is a highly motivated IT leader responsible for planning, building, operating, maintaining, and deploying critical internal and external IT infrastructure. The IT Infrastructure Manager will take a “hands on” approach to the operations, the delivery experience, and solution life cycle. The set of responsibilities require this individual to be extremely independent and self-reliant in managing an on-premises and azure-based infrastructure while security being the forefront of all choices. The Marketing Assistant will support the marketing efforts of the various Signorelli Company divisions and brands. This position will assist with lead generation and branding, onsite sales support, report generation, event coordination, as well as various administrative duties. The primary responsibility of the Marketing Assistant will be to support various marketing programs in the Greater Houston Area and work with the inhouse marketing and graphics department on compelling and branded campaigns, events and promotions. This is an hourly position which reports to the Signorelli Company Marketing Manager.
The Corporate Accountant is the accounting hub of the Signorelli portfolio with responsibilities at the corporate desk having exposure to the whole organization. This includes being an integral part of the investment arm and management company, facilitating cash flow projections, and being a key team member in corporate initiatives. This position directly reports to the Senior Corporate Accountant and will have ownership of many key accounting processes. Serving as the senior executive over projects in the assigned master planned community, this position will oversee acquisition, entitlement and compliance through the project development, sales and marketing. This position will report directly to the corporate Senior VP of the Land Division for The Signorelli Company.
As a Land Development Manager, you will be responsible for effectively and efficiently coordinating the development of company-owned properties to achieve business plans and financial objectives. This role will work with our long-term master planned community team. In this role, you will create and manage land development budgets, monitor work, and actively track invoices. The eligible candidate must understand all components of the land development processes and timing/sequencing of all phases of those processes. You will also need to secure the company’s ability to deliver lots on time and play an integral role in the planning process for the jurisdictions in which the company operates, anticipating all possible requirements needed to secure building permits. Additionally, you must have the ability to understand design-related components necessary to satisfy jurisdictional requirements.
Demonstrates high energy and ability to execute the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals. Performs all activities related to leasing to new residents, providing resident satisfaction throughout the term of the lease, and securing resident lease renewals. This position is Non-exempt and reports to the Community Director for The Signorelli Company.
Understands and implements the Signorelli Residential strategies related to maintain the appearance of the community common areas in a clean, orderly, and safe manner. Prepare vacant apartment homes for new residency by completing maintenance repairs, painting, cleaning, and lock changes.
