Corporate Accountant

The Corporate Accountant is the accounting hub of the Signorelli portfolio with responsibilities at the corporate desk having exposure to the whole organization.  This includes being an integral part of the investment arm and management company, facilitating cash flow projections, and being a key team member in corporate initiatives.  This position directly reports to the Senior Corporate Accountant and will have ownership of many key accounting processes.  The successful candidate will need to be able to manage a catalogue of weekly tasks but also willing to be a jack of all trades who enjoys getting involved with all facets of the company. 

Data Analyst

The Corporate Data Analyst is a highly motivated data professional responsible for supporting all of the company’s data dashboards, data pipelines, and data quality efforts. The analyst will be a hands-on role actively managing data in the data warehouse, dashboards, and reports. There will be a mix of standard reporting which will be driven by automations and one-off custom analytics for specific requests. This role will need to understand Business Intelligence standards, best practices for data visualization, ETL procedures, and Python data analytics. Automation experience with Python, Power Automate or other platforms is helpful as many aspects of the role will be to create, then automate analyses. This role supports all the departments within the Signorelli Company therefore there will be requirements for time management, flexibility, and great communication. Analytics are only as good as the end user can leverage the results. Therefore, this role will be in contact with our groups for training and collaboration to ensure maximum efficiency with data utilization.

Land Development Manager

As a Land Development Manager, you will be responsible for effectively and efficiently coordinating the development of company-owned properties to achieve business plans and financial objectives. In this role, you will create and manage land development budgets, monitor work and actively track invoices. The eligible candidate must understand all components of the land development processes and timing/sequencing of all phases of those processes. You will also need to secure the company’s ability to deliver lots on time and play an integral role in the planning process for the jurisdictions in which the company operates, anticipating all possible requirements needed to secure building permits. Additionally, you must have the ability to understand design-related components necessary to satisfy jurisdictional requirements.

Maintenance Technician, The Retreat

We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a part-time Maintenance Technician team member for The Retreat RV and Camping Resort in Huffman, TX. The Maintenance position is responsible performing various maintenance duties and upkeep on the resort. The Maintenance Technician will work up to 30 hours a week. Evenings, weekends, and on-call hours are required as circumstances warrant.

Housekeeping Part Time, The Retreat

We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a part time Housekeeping team member for The Retreat RV and Camping Resort in Huffman, TX. The Housekeeping position is responsible performing various housekeeping duties to ensure that our resort is clean and tidy and that our guests have a top-notch experience at the resort. The Housekeeper will work up to 30 hours a week. Evenings, weekends, and on-call hours are required as circumstances warrant.

Guest Services, The Retreat

We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a Guest Services Representative for The Retreat RV and Camping Resort in Huffman, TX. Guest Services Representative is responsible creating a positive first impression of the resort via telephone and in person. We are hiring for both full-time and part time positions. Evenings, weekends, and on-call hours are required as circumstances warrant.

Leasing Associate, Multifamily & Single Family Home Rentals

Demonstrates high energy and ability to execute the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals.  Performs all activities related to leasing to new residents, providing resident satisfaction throughout the term of the lease, and securing resident lease renewals.  This position is Non-exempt and reports to the Community Director for The Signorelli Company.

Maintenance Technician, Multifamily

Understands and implements the Signorelli Residential strategies related to maintain the appearance of the community common areas in a clean, orderly, and safe manner.  Prepare vacant apartment homes for new residency by completing maintenance repairs, painting, cleaning, and lock changes.  Performs various tasks associated with maintenance demonstrating the highest level of residential service with a goal to exceed expectations.  This position is Non-exempt status and reports to the Community Director and Service Manager for The Signorelli Company. 

Construction Manager, Homebuilding (First America Homes)

First America Homes is currently searching for Construction Managers to join our growing, dynamic team. The Construction Manager with coordinate with our new homebuilding team to supervise the building process, inspections during the building schedule and communicate with ensuring the project gets completed on time and within budget. Additional responsibilities include managing trade partners and ensuring quality control and safety. No experience is necessary. The candidate must self-motivated, be able to problem solve, and have a desire to learn the business and excel.

Community Sales Consultant, Homebuilding (First America Homes)

First America Homes is seeking a Community Sales Consultant to assist customers in finding their dream home. The objective of this position is to be responsible for the sale and closure of new single-family homes in designated communities as well as be able to coordinate all aspects of the home buying process to provide an outstanding customer experience. The candidate must be energetic, self-motivated and customer-driven individual who approaches challenges with enthusiasm and a positive attitude, strong work ethic, as well as results oriented. New home sales experience not required. General sales experience preferred.
