Director of Marketing

As the Commercial Marketing Director for the Signorelli Company, you will report to the Signorelli Company Vice President of Marketing and be responsible for managing and implementing advertising, marketing and communication programs to help build brand awareness, drive sales and traffic, and ensure clear communications for the commercial, multi-family, retail and recreational divisions for the Signorelli Company. This position is goal-oriented and requires a strong leader with a passion for real estate and live-work-play developments. The right candidate can provide insightful and effective direction, while overseeing the implementation of marketing plans and the commercial marketing team. You will be a strategic resource with a creative focus and collaborate with division leadership, your team and support professionals.

Internet Sales Consultant (First America Homes)

The Internet Sales Consultant is responsible for coordinating and managing sales leads generated from the internet and telephone inquiries for First America Homes. In this position, the candidate will be a lead generator and the first point of contact for incoming corporate leads, scheduling direct appointments with respective community sales representatives. They will be responsible for confirming appointments prior to scheduled time and confirm with sales that they showed up. This is an exempt position reporting to the FAH Marketing Manager.  The position offers excellent earning potential plus a comprehensive benefits package.   Weekend hours are required.

Maintenance Technician, The Retreat

We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a part-time Maintenance Technician team member for The Retreat RV and Camping Resort in Huffman, TX. The Maintenance position is responsible performing various maintenance duties and upkeep on the resort. The Maintenance Technician will work up to 30 hours a week. Evenings, weekends, and on-call hours are required as circumstances warrant.

Housekeeping Part Time, The Retreat

We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a part time Housekeeping team member for The Retreat RV and Camping Resort in Huffman, TX. The Housekeeping position is responsible performing various housekeeping duties to ensure that our resort is clean and tidy and that our guests have a top-notch experience at the resort. The Housekeeper will work up to 30 hours a week. Evenings, weekends, and on-call hours are required as circumstances warrant.

Guest Services, The Retreat

We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a Guest Services Representative for The Retreat RV and Camping Resort in Huffman, TX. Guest Services Representative is responsible creating a positive first impression of the resort via telephone and in person. We are hiring for both full-time and part time positions. Evenings, weekends, and on-call hours are required as circumstances warrant.

Leasing Associate, Multifamily & Single Family Home Rentals

Demonstrates high energy and ability to execute the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals.  Performs all activities related to leasing to new residents, providing resident satisfaction throughout the term of the lease, and securing resident lease renewals.  This position is Non-exempt and reports to the Community Director for The Signorelli Company.

Maintenance Technician, Multifamily

Understands and implements the Signorelli Residential strategies related to maintain the appearance of the community common areas in a clean, orderly, and safe manner.  Prepare vacant apartment homes for new residency by completing maintenance repairs, painting, cleaning, and lock changes.  Performs various tasks associated with maintenance demonstrating the highest level of residential service with a goal to exceed expectations.  This position is Non-exempt status and reports to the Community Director and Service Manager for The Signorelli Company. 

Construction Manager, Homebuilding (First America Homes)

First America Homes is currently searching for Construction Managers to join our growing, dynamic team. The Construction Manager with coordinate with our new homebuilding team to supervise the building process, inspections during the building schedule and communicate with ensuring the project gets completed on time and within budget. Additional responsibilities include managing trade partners and ensuring quality control and safety. No experience is necessary. The candidate must self-motivated, be able to problem solve, and have a desire to learn the business and excel.

Community Sales Consultant, Homebuilding (First America Homes)

First America Homes is seeking a Community Sales Consultant to assist customers in finding their dream home. The objective of this position is to be responsible for the sale and closure of new single-family homes in designated communities as well as be able to coordinate all aspects of the home buying process to provide an outstanding customer experience. The candidate must be energetic, self-motivated and customer-driven individual who approaches challenges with enthusiasm and a positive attitude, strong work ethic, as well as results oriented. New home sales experience not required. General sales experience preferred.
