Marketing Coordinator, Homebuilding Division

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the marketing efforts for First America Homes, the Homebuilding Division of The Signorelli Company. In this position, you will assist the onsite sales team with the company’s marketing efforts, brand adherence, and realtor relations. The primary responsibility of the Marketing Coordinator will be to effectively implement marketing programs in the Greater Houston Area and work with the in-house marketing and graphics department to create compelling and branded campaigns, events and promotions. This is an exempt position that reports to the Homebuilding Marketing Manager.

Land Acquisition Manager

The Signorelli Company engages in large-scale commercial and residential development, real estate investments, commercial brokerage and asset management.  Our sustained growth has created an immediate need to add an experienced Land Acquisitions Manager to our team. This role involves identifying new land acquisition opportunities that align with the land strategy and business plan goals of the division, conducting research, providing analysis and managing land data for the purposes of maximizing the profit of existing and proposed land assets.  More >

Land Development Manager

The sustained growth at the Signorelli Company has created a need to add an experienced Land Development Manager to our team. This role involves effectively and efficiently coordinating the development of company-owned properties to achieve business plans and financial objectives. Will create and manage land development budgets, monitor work and actively track invoices, need to understand all components of the land development processes and timing/sequencing of all phases of those processes. Secure the company’s ability to deliver lots on time and play an integral role in the planning process for the jurisdictions in which the company operates, anticipating all possible requirements needed to secure building permits. Area Sales Manager, Homebuilding

First America Homes is looking for an Area Sales Manager to oversee the Southwest Houston Region of Houston. The Area Sales Manager will report to the Vice President of Sales, and is responsible for managing sales performance, coaching, training and evaluating sales staff through daily interaction in the field. The Area Sales Manager will also work closely as a liaison with Marketing, Operations, Land Development and other operating units throughout the company to ensure accurate communication between departments.

Homebuilding Community Sales Manager

First America Homes is seeking a Community Sales Managers to assist customers in finding their dream home. The objective of this position is to be responsible for the sale and closure of new single-family homes in designated communities as well as be able to coordinate all aspects of the home buying process to provide an outstanding customer experience. The candidate must be energetic, self-motivated and customer-driven individual who approaches challenges with enthusiasm and a positive attitude, strong work ethic, as well as results oriented. New home sales experience not required. General sales experience preferred.

Homebuilding Construction Manager

First America Homes is currently searching for Construction Managers to join our growing, dynamic team. The Construction Manager with coordinate with our new homebuilding team to supervise the building process, inspections during the building schedule and communicate with ensuring the project gets completed on time and within budget. Additional responsibilities include managing trade partners and ensuring quality control and safety. No experience is necessary. The candidate must self-motivated, be able to problem solve, and have a desire to learn the business and excel.
