Our office is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to greet clients as they walk into the building. You will also be responsible for other administrative duties, such as answering phones and emails, ordering supplies, scheduling and documenting calendar events for members of the office. Our ideal candidate has previous administrative experience, strong communication and customer service skills, and excellent organization. You also need to be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
The Corporate Controller is responsible for the overall financial functions of the organization, including corporate entity controllership, owner of the organizational chart, financial consolidation and reporting, tax strategy/forecasting, tax compliance liaison with external accountants/advisors, and lead refining/designing best practices for accounting process and procedures. This role also will also lead the senior corporate accountant and accounting assistants that handle the transactional aspects of AP, draws, corporate activities and treasury. They will have ownership of many key cash flow processes that receive eyesight up to the C-Suite. The successful candidate will need to be highly organized with experience in facilitating complex organizations financial environments, implementing best practices and automation to sustain scalable operations.
The Corporate Accountant is the accounting hub of the Signorelli portfolio with responsibilities at the corporate desk having exposure to the whole organization. This includes being an integral part of the investment arm and management company, facilitating cash flow projections, and being a key team member in corporate initiatives. This position directly reports to the Senior Corporate Accountant and will have ownership of many key accounting processes. The successful candidate will need to be able to manage a catalogue of weekly tasks but also willing to be a jack of all trades who enjoys getting involved with all facets of the company.
As a Land Development Manager, you will be responsible for effectively and efficiently coordinating the development of company-owned properties to achieve business plans and financial objectives. In this role, you will create and manage land development budgets, monitor work and actively track invoices. The eligible candidate must understand all components of the land development processes and timing/sequencing of all phases of those processes. You will also need to secure the company’s ability to deliver lots on time and play an integral role in the planning process for the jurisdictions in which the company operates, anticipating all possible requirements needed to secure building permits. Additionally, you must have the ability to understand design-related components necessary to satisfy jurisdictional requirements.

The objective of this position is to be responsible for the sale and closure of new single-family homes in designated communities as well as be able to coordinate all aspects of the home buying process to provide an outstanding customer experience. The candidate must be energetic, self-motivated and customer-driven individual who approaches challenges with enthusiasm and a positive attitude, strong work ethic, as well as results oriented. New home sales experience not required. General sales experience preferred.
The Warranty Coordinator is the corporate office support for the construction team regarding all warranty requests and quality assurance walks. This position will receive and process all warranty requests in accordance with the warranty manual and process. The Warranty Coordinator will assist the Quality Assurance Department in scheduling all scheduled walks for the Construction Team.

The Construction Manager with coordinate with our new homebuilding team to supervise the building process, inspections during the building schedule, and communicate with ensuring the project gets completed on time and within budget.
