New 203-acre residential phase marks debut of 328-acre health and wellness destination

THE WOODLANDS, TEXAS (April 28, 2026) — The Signorelli Company, one of Texas’ largest privately held real estate developers, has broken ground on the Azalea District at Valley Ranch, the final single-family expansion of the award-winning 1,400-acre master-planned community in New Caney. Spanning 328 acres along the high-growth U.S. 59 and I-69 corridor, the Azalea District will blend residential living with healthcare, wellness, retail, dining and hospitality to create a comprehensive lifestyle destination that elevates the quality of life for families and the region.

The residential component encompasses 203 acres with plans for 359 single-family homes. The first phase includes 156 homesites on 40- and 50-foot lots, scheduled for delivery in summer 2026.
