Prospective buyers are invited to view the first model homes from nationally acclaimed Castlerock and First America Homes. Legend Homes plans to open their new model mid-July. Prices start from the $239,000s to the $346,000s. First America Homes, the award-winning homebuilding division of The Signorelli Company, offers homes ranging in size from 1,300 to 2,400 square feet, with two to five bedrooms and elegant design features that include expansive family rooms, signature tray ceilings, game rooms and walk-in closets.
