The Signorelli Company Ranks Again Among Houston Business Journal’s 100 Fastest Growing Companies

Houston-Area Developer Continues Dynamic Growth, Rises to Ranking of #27

THE WOODLANDS, TEXAS (Sept. 23, 2022)—For the second consecutive year, Houston Business Journal ranks The Signorelli Company among Houston’s 100 fastest growing privately-held companies. The publication recently announced its 2022 Fast 100 Awards, which ranks Houston companies with the fastest revenue growth over a two-year period, with The Signorelli Company recognized as #27.

Known as a leader and innovator in developing master planned communities, The Signorelli Company is one of the largest privately-held development companies in Texas and continues to build on a history of diversified real estate projects in single-family, multi-family, recreational, retail, commercial and mixed-use developments.

“The Signorelli Company is proud to be recognized for our dynamic growth and market leadership in Greater Houston. Our success is fueled by a talented team that is committed to making the most of every opportunity to create quality developments across Houston and beyond,” said Danny Signorelli, president and chief executive of The Signorelli Company. “I am proud of making this list again, as it reflects our employees’ hard work and continued commitment to excellence. We are all excited about what the future holds as we continue to bring our caliber of development to other Texas markets.”

Companies eligible to be ranked in the Houston Business Journal’s 2022 Fast 100 are assessed by companywide revenue growth between fiscal year 2019 and fiscal year 2021. Qualifying companies must be privately held, for-profit businesses that are headquartered in Greater Houston and have been in operation for five fiscal years by Dec. 31, 2021.

Among The Signorelli Company’s newest projects is Austin Point, located in Fort Bend County, and expected to be the largest master-planned community in the county in over 36 years. Situated at the future intersection of Grand Parkway and Fort Bend Parkway, this promising development will create more than 14,000 single-family homes and 15 million square feet of space to serve multi-family, office, medical, retail and hospitality needs. The development will help to bring the rider demand to support the Grand Parkway expansion, create thousands of jobs and expand the tax base to support local schools and infrastructure.

In East Montgomery County, The Signorelli Company recently announced its intent to develop a 3,000-acre master-planned community in Splendora, TX. The community is estimated to add over 7,000 single-family homes to East Montgomery County, along with over 1 million square feet of multifamily, office, medical, retail and hospitality space. The master plan also features a variety of amenities, including hundreds of acres of open space dedicated to parks, meandering trails and recreation amenities as part of The Signorelli Company’s ongoing commitment to pioneering green markets. The Signorelli Company expects to break ground on this community by the end of Q3 2022.

In June 2022, The Signorelli Company’s home building division, First America Homes, announced its expansion into San Antonio with plans to build in four suburban master-planned communities. The company has plans to expand into other Texas markets as well.

Since its establishment in 1994, The Signorelli Company has enjoyed extraordinary growth. Today, the company employs 187 team members across seven divisions, building in nearly 30 communities. Company projects include a portfolio of master-planned developments totaling approximately 20,000 acres throughout the nine-county region making up Greater Houston.

Among other recent accolades, The Signorelli Company was ranked on the 2022 Inc. 5000 list, earning the rank of #3015.
