Danny Signorelli Honored with Most Admired CEO Award from Houston Business Journal

THE WOODLANDS, TEXAS (Sept 1, 2022)— Danny Signorelli, founder and CEO of The Signorelli Company, is a recipient of the Houston Business Journal’s 2022 Most Admired CEO Awards. This award annually recognizes exemplary chief executives in Greater Houston based on their company success, civic involvement and career achievement, among other characteristics of outstanding leadership. Signorelli and fellow honorees were recognized at yesterday’s luncheon at the Marriott Marquis Houston and will be featured in a special section of Houston Business Journal’s Sept. 2 weekly edition. 

Under Danny Signorelli’s leadership, The Signorelli Company has grown to one of the largest privately held development companies in the state of Texas. The company’s rapid growth can be attributed to its founder’s visionary approach, which has diversified the company into all aspects of master-planned real estate development, from single-family and multi-family residential to recreational properties, retail, medical, commercial, and mixed-use projects.

With nearly 200 team members across seven divisions, building in nearly 30 communities and with a pipeline of master-planned developments totaling approximately 20,000 acres in the Greater Houston area alone, The Signorelli Company’s growth over three decades has been dynamic. 

Currently, the company’s expanding portfolio includes more than 35 projects spread across the nine-county Greater Houston region.  Beyond Greater Houston, The Signorelli Company is entering more major Texas markets. The company’s First America Homes division has commenced construction in the San Antonio/ Austin area and plans to launch home sales in San Antonio before year end. The Dallas market is also part of Signorelli’s future expansion plans.

In the midst of this dynamic growth, Danny Signorelli has made giving back to the community a hallmark of The Signorelli Company culture.  The Signorelli Company has raised and donated over $4 million for important nonprofit causes as varied as youth and families in need, college scholarships for high school students, supporting efforts to find a cure for cancer and to help those impacted by the disease.
