Signorelli Company Partners with Angel Reach to develop Angel Reach Village in Conroe, TX

October 04, 2021

CONROE, TEXAS – On Friday October 1st, 2021, the Signorelli Company officially broke ground on Angel Reach Village, a Conroe area community of homes available to at-risk youth and foster families, with Phase 1 planned for 16 total duplexes and 32 homes.  The village is a project from Angel Reach, a local faith-based nonprofit which works with youth ages 16 to 24, as well as foster parents who need support.

With Angel Reach supporting so many in Conroe, statewide and across the country, Angel Reach Village is intended to house foster kids who have aged out of foster care, and often have no options for shelter or work, helping them reach the independence needed to reach their full potential.  Nestled off Ninth Street in Conroe, on approximately four acres of land currently owned by Angel Reach, the village development is led by the Signorelli Company and is planned to offer 32 two-bedroom homes in the first phase.  Phase 1 development is estimated to cost $650,000 for homesite delivery with an additional $2 Million to build out the homes.

“We instantly jumped on the occasion to help children in need through the development of Angel Reach Village” said Danny Signorelli, CEO and President for the Signorelli Company.  “Angel Reach is a top-notch organization, and with so many at-risk youth and foster families, we felt it was a natural partnership. We have outstanding vendors who have been willing to donate their time and efforts on this project.  To date, LJA Engineering has handled all the engineering and worked with the City of Conroe on the development’s design approvals, Bubba Beyer with Beyer Construction is handling the paving and Sherry Barker with CE Barker is handling the underground.  Additionally, we are reaching out to various builders to construct the homes and already have committed First America Homes as one of them.”

“We were so excited when Signorelli Company took the lead on developing Angel Reach Village, committing $150,000 in donations along with full management and leadership to deliver the community” said Jean Radach, Executive Director at Angel Reach.  “Ultimately, they share our same vision to empower these children to face the world and give them an opportunity to achieve success.  As a leading developer in Montgomery County, the Signorelli Company is a cherished addition to the team.”

Fundraising efforts for the homes to be constructed within the community have already begun.  Tom Cox with Gracepoint Homes worked with Eric L Davis Engineering on designing the homes.  Early builder commitments include support from HomeAid Houston, First America Homes, Gracepoint Homes, and several others expressing interest.  We are seeking additional builder partners and donors to help deliver as many homes as possible over the next 12 months.  For more information or to learn more about how you can help, visit signorelliangelvillage.com

Angel Reach
Angel Reach is a faith-based nonprofit organization that helps children and youth between the ages of 16-24 achieve their full potential in spite of the obstacles placed on them by broken families and a broken system. Founded in Conroe, Texas, as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization by foster and adoptive parents Sandra Carpenter and Deborah Zempel, Angel Reach was originally created to help fellow foster parents provide for the ever-changing needs of the children that would come and go in their homes.  In 2004, the Kinship Program was launched in Montgomery County when it became apparent that Angel Reach’s services were desperately needed by the caregivers in this program.  In 2011, the Transitional Living program was created to assist youth aging out of foster care.
