The Signorelli Company is proud to announce that MOD Pizza has joined the growing lineup at Valley Ranch Town Center, a 1.5 million square foot best-in-class mixed-use development located at the Grand Parkway and Interstate 69 North.
“We’re very excited for MOD Pizza to join the Valley Ranch Town Center family. After filling one of our last available retail opportunities, we have seen them thriving with lines out the door during these first few days of business”, stated Brody Farris, Vice President of Retail for the Signorelli Company.
The revolutionary pizza restaurant occupies 2,750 square feet with outdoor patio seating adjacent to national tenants including Academy, Chick-fil-a, Cinemark, Kroger, TJ Maxx and Whataburger with Five Below and Chipotle slated to open later this year.
With 250,000 square feet of development remaining in Valley Ranch Town Center, the Signorelli Company is currently in negotiations for 190,000 square feet of this final phase, leaving very limited, premier anchor, jr. anchor, pad sites, and retail shop space at the heart of the development between the Kroger and Academy. MOD Pizza was represented by Chris Reyes at Shop Companies Properties and the Signorelli Company was represented by Brody Farris in the deal.
