The Signorelli Company, one of the leading multi-faceted real estate developers in Texas and Oklahoma, has announced that construction is underway on a new retail building at The Shops at Aspen Creek, a planned 400,000-square-foot mixed-use project in Broken Arrow, a growing suburb of Tulsa. The building will be under construction later this month. The first two signed tenants in the building will be Starbucks and Great Clips, both of which are expected to open in mid-2018.
The Shops at Aspen Creek is home to The Reserve at Aspen Creek, a recently completed 240-unit upscale apartment community managed by Trinity Multifamily , bringing hundreds of new residents to the area. The project’s entertainment anchor is also in place. The 16-screen Warren Theatre is one of the largest and most elaborate cinemas in the country, featuring five different movie viewing experiences, two restaurants, a game room, and a cry room. Other highlights of the theater include in-theater dining, reserved seating, recliner seats with seat heaters and individual armrests, and custom curved screens.
