BB’s Tex-Orleans has had tremendous success at their Valley Ranch Town Center pop-up location since their March 5th opening so they decided to extend the Cajun experience in New Caney until at least this summer.
“Since my initial visit to Valley Ranch Town Center, we knew Valley Ranch was the development BB’s wanted to be a part of to serve the Northeast Houston community,” said Brooks Bassler, owner and operator of BB’s Tex-Orleans. “This opportunity to expand into a new market, partner with the Signorelli Company as a future landlord, and confirm the energy and growth of the development, all provided resounding confirmation of the potential for success for us. In fact, the pop-up restaurant has exceeded our expectations and we made a decision several weeks into the event to extend our operating hours to 7 days a week.” Brody Farris, Vice President of Retail with the Signorelli Company added, “The creativity and execution of the BB’s staff and our team working together to pull off this event has provided a playbook for how a tenant and landlord can work as true partners on a deal. It has been a big first step to what we hope to become a long-term relationship between us and BB’s at Valley Ranch Town Center.”
The Signorelli Company is also developing new retail space at Valley Ranch Town Center, including a 6,350 sq. ft. retail building which broke ground last week. Announced last week, the space will be anchored by Chipotle Mexican Grill, with other national tenants already in negotiations to fill out the building. Under construction and opening this summer are MOD Pizza and America’s Best Contacts and Eyeglasses.
Also underway is 100,000 sq. ft. of retail space for several national and junior tenants, and over 20,000 sq. ft. of restaurant and bar tenants at The Boardwalk. This waterfront destination will overlook several lakes in the 100-acre Town Grove Park.
Valley Ranch is a 1,400-acre master planned community in New Caney, TX. Since 1999, The Signorelli Company has developed over 600 acres and delivered over 1,500 single family homes, 800,000 square feet of restaurants and retail, approximately 750 apartment units, nearly 300 acres of lakes, parks, trails and greenspace, along with civic components including New Caney ISD’s 8,500 seat stadium, a 35,000 square-foot natatorium and little league baseball fields, all adding a significant community draw to the Valley Ranch Town Center retail component of the community.
