The Signorelli Company, one of the largest privately held real estate developers in Texas, has selected the first two homebuilders for Granger Pines, its newest master-planned community in East Montgomery County, midway between I-45 and US 59.
The first two builders in Granger Pines will be award-winning national and local builders, DR Horton and First America Homes. Featuring homes on 40- and 50-foot wide homesites, the first phase of Granger Pines will feature 232 single-family homesites, a lakeside pocket park, and the new Conroe Independent School District Elementary School which is currently under construction.
Builders are breaking ground quickly. First America Homes already began construction on their model home and will offer single-family homes on 40-foot homesites, while DR Horton will build new homes on 40- and 50-foot homesites. Both builders are currently open for pre-sales, with models scheduled to be open this Spring. New homes in the first phase will be priced from the high $100,000s and range in size from 1,100 to 2,900 square feet.

Upon completion, the 460-acre community is planned to offer over 1,100 homes and community amenities including approximately 120 acres green space and lakes, neighborhood parks, a beautiful nature preserve and miles of trails. A community recreation center has also been designed for the community with a splash pad, pavilion and playscape. Granger Pines is also one of the first communities in the area to offer up to 10-Gigabyte Internet Service to the homes. Future commercial and retail development is also planned within the community.
