Home to over 50 national and local retailers, the Town Center is anchored by Kroger, Academy, Hobby Lobby, Ross, TJ, Maxx, Party City, Burlington, Olive Garden, and Gringo’s as well as 2020 newcomers, including MOD Pizza and America’s Best Contacts and Eyeglasses.

Gringo’s Tex-Mex chose Valley Ranch Town Center because of Signorelli Company’s vision with additional development within Valley Ranch. “It is a growing area that we felt was underserved, but knows our Texas-based brand,” said Jonathan Kim, Chief Operating Officer for Gringo’s Tex-Mex. “This location is a top performer among all of our restaurants. Even in the first year of business it exceeded our expectations, and continues to successfully serve the local community.” Gringo’s is currently open daily from 11:00am-8:15pm offering take-out, DoorDash, and even special delivery service from their team. They are dedicated to doing their part to help feed the community and provide some sense of normalcy with their beloved regular menu and newly created family meals menu.
