First America Homes to Host Tour of Homes in Diamond D Ranch on March 21

March 10, 2020

First America Homes, the homebuilding division of the Signorelli Company, is opening five homes for touring 2-6 p.m. Saturday, March 21, in Diamond D Ranch in Beaumont.

Admission to the home tour is free. As they make their way to each available home, visitors can enjoy hot dogs, hamburgers and snow cones from Kona Ice. They can also be entered for a chance to win a stay at the Golden Nugget Hotel & Casino in Lake Charles.

“This is going to be a fun afternoon with a wonderful chance to see the latest trends in home construction and design,” said Dave Barnhart, Division President of First America Homes. “Our homes in Diamond D Ranch sit on acreage homesites and offer a homebuyer’s wish list of today’s most coveted features.”

First America Homes offers eight floor plans in the community, located off of Highway 90 and within the Hardin-Jefferson Independent School District. Pricing starts in the $290,000s and the designs range from 1,910 to more than 3,000 square feet. The featured homes have open-concept common areas, island kitchens, wood-like tile floors, granite countertops and ceiling detail to add interest. They also include extended back patios.

First America Homes also includes whole-house dehumidifiers standard in its construction.

“These dehumidifiers greatly reduce dust mites in the home, which means it’s much healthier for people suffering from allergies or asthma,” Barnhart said. “Plus, the ability to stabilize humidity levels in your home protects the paint, the wood and other features excess humidity can damage. This is a must-have in Southeast Texas.”

The 800-acre Diamond D Ranch is planned to offer residents a number of amenities, including a 3-acre fishing pond, hike-and-bike trails, a playground with splash pad and a community pavilion. The community is zoned to China Elementary School and Sour Lake Elementary School, Henderson Middle School and Hardin-Jefferson High School.
