The Pointe at Valley Ranch Town Center, a new luxury apartment community by leading real estate developer, the Signorelli Company, had the honor of donating $2,000 to help in the fight against breast cancer. The waterfront apartment community committed to donating a portion of the funds from each signed lease in the month of October during their Lease for a Cure initiative to the Northeast Hospital Foundation’s Project Mammogram program.

“In addition to creating better places to enrich lives and lifestyles, the Signorelli Company, along with The Pointe at Valley Ranch Town Center, are dedicated to partnering with our local community to give back to causes that affect many of us in some way,” said Stephanie Graves, Vice President of Multi-Family Property Management for the Signorelli Company. “We are honored to have partnered with such a worthy foundation and help in the fight against breast cancer”.

Project Mammogram is the flagship program of the Northeast Hospital Foundation which has grown to affect the lives of almost 10,000 Lake Houston area residents in Northeast Harris, Montgomery and Liberty counties. ”We know the statistics, 1 in 8 women will be diagnosed with breast cancer in her lifetime. We also know that early detection saves lives and we want to ensure access to Project Mammogram’s services to all: screening and diagnostic mammograms, ultra sounds and biopsies. 100% of the proceeds stay here,“ said Brooke Baugh Development Consultant for the Northeast Hospital Foundation. “We are so thankful for donors like Signorelli Company for being a Partner in Pink, and championing our mission and impact.”

The Lease for a Cure initiative was a month-long campaign for The Pointe at Valley Ranch Town Center. Located at the vibrant intersection of I-69 and the Grand Parkway, the luxury apartment community features open concept floor plans with designer amenities and finishes including granite counter tops, oversized walk-in closets, upgraded stainless steel appliances, in-unit washer and dryers, and large attached garages. Residents of The Pointe can enjoy the resort-style pool with outdoor kitchen, courtyards with fire pits, dog park and adjacent 10-acre lake. The community is also a short walk to shopping, dining, and entertainment in Valley Ranch Town Center, an 850,000 sf retail center in the 1,400-acre master planned community of Valley Ranch. Its proximity to I-69 and TX-99 also provides a short commute to Kingwood, The Woodlands, and Downtown Houston.

The Pointe at Valley Ranch Town Center is located at 20290 Park Lake View Drive in New Caney, TX at the intersection of I-69 and SH-99. For more information visit thepointevrtc.com.
