Since joining First America Homes in 2012, Dave has been instrumental in transforming the company from a regional builder into a nationally recognized Top 100 homebuilder. Under his leadership, the organization has evolved from a single community into a multi-market enterprise with dozens of active communities, a team exceeding 100 professionals, and strategic capacity to deliver 1,000 homes annually.

As a founding leader of the division, Dave established the operational infrastructure, systems and leadership framework that have driven more than a decade of sustained growth. He has directed all major phases of the company's expansion, including land acquisition strategy, pricing and product positioning, talent development, and the successful launch of the Build-For-Rent program. This strategic vision has yielded exceptional results: annual closings increased from 58 in 2013 to more than 600 in 2021, accompanied by substantial growth in revenue and market share.

With over 23 years of experience in the Houston and San Antonio homebuilding markets, Dave is recognized for his disciplined leadership, strategic acumen and dedication to developing high-quality communities. A graduate of Texas A&M University, he serves on the board of HomeAid Houston and remains committed to cultivating both talent and communities built to endure.
