At The Signorelli Company, Patrick manages strategic commercial development at Valley Ranch and Austin Point. Current projects at Valley Ranch include Marketplace, a 188-acre shopping center, and Commerce District, a 55-acre grocery-anchored mixed-use development.

Experience:

Prior to joining Signorelli, Patrick spent 10 years in the commercial division at Howard Hughes, planning and developing projects in The Woodlands and Bridgeland communities. Notable developments include the mixed-use Hughes Landing in The Woodlands, Creekside Village Center, and Bridgeland Village Green.
