Since joining The Signorelli Company in 2021, Ragan has played an integral role in advancing the firm’s land investment strategy and community growth across Texas. In his current role as Director of Investments, he leads acquisition strategy, entitlement execution, and financial performance across all residential and mixed-use projects, guiding decisions on new community initiatives and strategies of existing developments. Ragan’s efforts have been instrumental in acquiring and launching several notable Signorelli communities.

Prior to joining The Signorelli Company, Ragan worked for Occidental Petroleum in the Delaware Basin of New Mexico, where he focused on Workover and Completions operations.
