Barbara leads asset management strategies with a focus on customer experience, property operations and maximizing value across Signorelli's growing portfolio of residential, multifamily, hospitality, retail and mixed-use properties.

Barbara brings over 30 years of experience, including 18 years with Hines, where she oversaw accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting and strategic initiatives to support operational efficiency and informed decision-making. Earlier in her career, she led capital budget compliance for Crescent Real Estate Equities’ Houston division.

Barbara is a CPA and graduate of Sam Houston State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting. She is also actively involved in community and volunteer efforts, including the Greater Houston Women’s Chamber of Commerce, Women in the Fast Lane of STEAM, STEAM Town USA, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Houston and the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo.
