John oversees operations across the Signorelli Company's homebuilding division, First America Homes, in Greater Houston and San Antonio while also prioritizing future expansion into Dallas and other Texas markets. 

With 30 years of experience in the homebuilding industry, John brings a deep expertise, customer-centric mentality and a seasoned leader’s perspective that will fuel continued growth and innovation across First America Homes. Prior to joining the Signorelli team, he served as President and CEO of Brightland Homes (previously Gehan Homes) for nearly a decade, where he led the delivery of more than 22,000 homes since 2016. A Texas A&M graduate with a degree in Finance, John brings a customer-focused approach and proven track record of success that will help fuel continued growth and innovation.
