As Chief Financial Officer, Harry serves as a key member of the firm’s Executive Leadership Team. He is charged with setting enterprise-wide fiscal priorities and overseeing all financial matters for the Signorelli companies, which includes homebuilding operations, land acquisition, build-to-rent and property management.

Harry’s expertise spans nearly 30 years focused on complex capital structuring, corporate restructuring, joint ventures, divestitures, and mergers and acquisitions. He has led more than $2 billion in real estate transactions. Prior to joining The Signorelli Company, Harry played a pivotal role in driving growth at McKinley Homes, LLC, where he served as Vice President of Finance. During his two-year tenure, he led efforts to scale operations and implemented financial strategies that fueled the company’s exponential growth. As CFO of Traton Homes, LLC, he was instrumental in guiding the company’s expansion, directly contributing to its sustained and significant growth.
