As Senior Vice President of Accounting and Administration, Eric brings over 20 years of extensive leadership experience in managing teams and implementing systems and processes. Eric’s professional background is from public accounting and industry, serving US public registrants, international reporting entities and privately held companies. Specializing in finance and accounting, mergers and acquisitions, SEC filings, IPO's, in various industries including multi-family real estate, construction, oil and gas, financial services, distribution and manufacturing.

Eric’s most recent experience prior to The Signorelli Company was as the Chief Financial Officer of Keener Investments (a fully integrated muti-family real estate investment company) were he joined the company as a start-up with 300 units and played an integral part in growing the business to over 3,000 units acquired.

Eric is a licensed CPA in the state of Texas.  He attended Sam Houston State University where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting in 1999.
