As Vice President of Marketing for The Signorelli Company (TSC), Sandra Ferguson brings nearly twenty years of real estate marketing experience along with a fresh perspective on problem-solving, strategic development and marketing operations. In her role, she heads the marketing efforts for various business lines including land acquisition, land development, multi-family, and build-for-rent.  She is responsible for the company's brand and marketing strategies, go-to-market programs, public and internal communications, as well as helping lead and develop the organization’s marketing and design teams.

Prior to joining TSC, Sandra's experience includes various levels of real estate marketing for local and national developers and homebuilders including (formerly known as) Newland Communities, Toll Brothers, Inc. and AIRIA Development Company. In these roles, Sandra coordinated branded traditional and digital marketing efforts, managed events, implemented and maintained social media presence, created and executed marketing plans, coordinated builder, community and interpersonal relations, managed CRMs and analyzed various market, consumer and sales reports. 

Sandra’s formal education includes a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Houston.
