Director of Marketing

The Signorelli Company (TSC) is a vertically integrated, diversified development company based in The Woodlands, TX.   • Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns for commercial, retail, multi-family and recreational properties.
  • Provide direction and project management on all division assignments. Accountable for planning and allocating resources, preparing budgets, monitoring progress, and keeping division stakeholders informed throughout the project. 
  • Work with in-house graphic design team, and external agencies as needed, to ensure copy and creative direction is provided for online and offline marketing initiatives including presentations, direct mail, email, collateral, signage, displays, ads, events and web page content.
  • Monitor leads, analytics and sales/leases on a weekly basis to identify trends, evaluate traffic/sales goals pace, and make marketing plan recommendations to improve performance.
  • Manage company CRM, analyze and present reports on a regular basis.
  • Ensure marketing programs for the commercial, retail, multi-family and recreational divisions are aligned with each division’s goals.
  • Manage social media efforts with relevant content and monitor various social media platform pages for potential issues, good stories, etc.
  • Ensure property websites and marketing packages are current and updated regularly.
  • Plan and manage community events.
  • Create and oversee community signage programs.
  • Ensure new property photo shoots are booked on a timely basis; property photo library and community websites with new lifestyle, development, and model photography are updated accordingly.
  • Create press releases and manage media contact relationships.
  • Serve as brand gatekeeper for the commercial, retail, multi-family, recreational divisions with ultimate accountability for ensuring every touchpoint the consumer has with the Signorelli Company properties are consistent and in alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Maintain and manage marketing budgets for commercial, retail, multi-family, recreational divisions.
  • Work with marketing team on a regular basis to brainstorm ideas for new and innovative marketing, digital and social media campaigns, events and promotions.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

  • 7-10 years’ prior marketing experience in real estate - commercial, retail, multi-family marketing and promotional activities required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field required.
  • Project management experience preferred.
  • HubSpot software experience preferred

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills - verbal and written; ability to communicate effectively with team members, vendors, internal and external stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented, ability to effectively work on multiple projects concurrently with the innate ability to get things done with speed, urgency and accuracy in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
  • Digitally savvy with a strong focus on digital ads and social media
  • Ability to analyze budget numbers for conformance to budgetary guidelines
  • Demonstrated ability to use standard software applications (e.g. Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, CRM, Asana, on-line database applications)
  • High energy work ethic with a positive attitude and the desire to work in a team environment
