Internet Sales Consultant (First America Homes)

First America Homes (FAH) is the homebuilding division of The Signorelli Company.  We are a vertically integrated, diversified development company based in The Woodlands, TX. The company has a track record of over 25-years in all aspects of real estate development including retail, mixed-use, multi-family, office, medical, land development and single-family homes.  FAH is one of the fastest growing privately held homebuilder in the State of Texas.  Our peers recognize us as a leader in the real estate industry and our team members have named us a Top Workplace for a company our size in the Houston area for three years running.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Meet community lead and appointment quotas
  • Respond quickly and accurately to all social media, e-mail, digital and telephone leads
  • Schedule appointments for community sales representatives and provide consistent follow-up with all lead activities
  • Confirm appointments prior to appointment date and follow-up with sales representatives
  • Utilize Facebook Groups and Marketplace to generate online leads
  • Assist with new community launches by building interest lists for "Coming Soon" communities
  • Participate at Grand Opening, Realtor and other community events as needed
  • Provide accurate sales and marketing information to all leads and prospects
  • Track and enter all lead contacts and information into CRM database
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Experience, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 1-2 years’ experience making high-volume sales calls or lead generation
  • Real Estate knowledge a plus
  • Current Facebook and Instagram accounts
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft applications
  • A drive to grow and convert leads to successful closure
  • Ability to connect with people and create relationships
  • Customer-centric and adept at overcoming various sales objections and concerns
  • Fluent in English, Spanish is a plus
  • Self-motivated
