As the Debt Coordinator, you will report to the VP of Finance to support the efficient coordination and closing of project loans & adherence to debt compliance requirements. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with several business segments and their respective leaders, including Accounting, Finance & each Asset Class division. This role will also require clear communication with banks, title companies, attorneys, and other third-party service providers.
