Marketing Associate

POSITION SUMMARY

As the Marketing Associate for the Signorelli Company, you will report to the Marketing Director and be responsible for coordinating the marketing efforts for the various Signorelli Company divisions and brands. This position will assist with implementing advertising, marketing, and maintaining brand adherence for the commercial, land, multi-family, retail and recreational division for the Signorelli Company.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist the marketing team with the execution of various marketing campaigns
  • Promote a consistent image which supports the Signorelli Company brands throughout all product lines, promotional materials and events
  • Support social media efforts by planning and posting relevant content, providing community management support by answering incoming messages, comments, and reviews, and monitoring pages for potential issues, relevant story ideas, etc. Monitor competitors’ social media platforms
  • Assist in the coordination of new community and development photography on a timely basis, updating photo library and websites with new lifestyle, development, and product photography
  • Collaborate with graphic design to create compelling marketing materials, including social media posts, email campaigns, digital advertisements, broker presentations, flyers, and signage to drive leads
  • Prepare and proof marketing materials to ensure they adhere to company brand standards
  • Assist in planning, coordinating and executing various events
  • Ensure company websites and marketing packets are current and updated regularly
  • Manage the inventory of promotional items and collateral, researching or ordering new items as needed
  • Maintain online reputation across various review platforms
  • Update and monitor company websites with new milestones, awards, news, and more
  • Assist with preparing and writing content for blogs, emails, press releases, social media posts, collateral and more
  • Other duties as assigned

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

  • BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
  • Experience creating and posting social media content on multiple platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Positive attitude and the desire to work in a team environment
  • Capable of prioritizing multiple, simultaneous projects in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
  • Executes approved projects in a timely manner – ensuring scope, accuracy and compliance in changing situations and deadlines
  • Able to problem solve with clients and team
  • Demonstrated ability to use standard software applications (Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, CRM, online database applications, internet)
  • Experience in Adobe Creative Suite Programs including Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
