Contract and Closings Associate, Homebuilding Division

We are currently seeking a Contract and Closings Associate to support the First America Homes team, while working closing with the sales, construction, lending and the title company.


  • Assist marketing with traffic reports to ensure accurate information
  • Receive, process, and distribute sale contracts
  • Work with lenders, title company and realtors to ensure smooth closing process and complete files before, during and after closing
  • Schedule all closings for homebuyers
  • Prepare and update sales reports as needed
  • Maintain house files for all buyer and closing documents
  • Organize Sales Commission Requests
  • Orders final surveys
  • Other duties as assigned

Experience and Skills

  • Homebuilding experience a plus, but not required
  • College degree preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Positive attitude and the desire to work in a team environment
