Online Sales Coordinator (Bilingual), Homebuilding

Integrity is our daily approach to building homes; it is how we run our company and how we live our lives. We are currently seeking an Online Sales Coordinator to join our growing team.

Position Summary:

The online sales coordinator is responsible for coordinating and managing sales leads generated from the internet and telephone inquiries for First America Homes, the Homebuilding Division of The Signorelli Company. In this position, the candidate will facilitate all customer inquiries through preliminary product identification and then schedule direct appointments with respective community sales representatives. This is an exempt position reporting to the Vice President of Sales.  This position offers excellent earning potential plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Utilize Facebook Groups and Marketplace to generate online leads
  • Meet community lead and appointment quotas
    • Respond quickly and accurately to all social media, e-mail and telephone leads
    • Set and schedule appointments for onsite sales representatives and provide consistent follow-up with all lead activities
  • Assist with new community launches by building interest lists for "Coming Soon" communities
  • Provide accurate sales and marketing information to all leads and prospects
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Experience, Skills and Abilities
  • Fluent in English and Spanish is a Must
  • Current Facebook and Instagram Accounts
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft applications
  • A drive to grow and convert leads to successful closure
  • Ability to connect with people and create relationships
  • Customer-centric and adept at overcoming various sales objections and concerns
  • Self-motivated
