Marketing Coordinator, Homebuilding Division

Position Summary

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the marketing efforts for First America Homes, the Homebuilding Division of The Signorelli Company. In this position, you will assist the onsite sales team with the company’s marketing efforts, brand adherence, and realtor relations. The primary responsibility of the Marketing Coordinator will be to effectively implement marketing programs in the Greater Houston Area and work with the in-house marketing and graphics department to create compelling and branded campaigns, events and promotions. This is an exempt position that reports to the Homebuilding Marketing Manager.


  • Assist the Marketing Director and Marketing Manager with the First America Homes marketing programs
  • Support social media efforts by planning and posting relevant content and monitoring pages for potential issues, relevant story ideas, etc.
  • Plan, coordinate and manage photography shoots for advertising, website, signage, publicity and printed materials, accomplishing consistency and brand awareness
  • Coordinate the distribution and tracking of appropriate leads to sales team as needed
  • Work with senior management to create a marketing timeline for active and new projects
  • Plan and coordinate marketing activities for community and realtor events
  • Promote a consistent image that supports the First America Homes/ Signorelli Company brand throughout all product lines, promotional materials and events
  • Understand and manage sales tracking system, track traffic, sales, closings and run weekly marketing/sales reports
  • Prepare and proof community marketing material to ensure they are in compliance with company and brand standards
  • Visit communities in the Greater Houston area monthly to ensure signage and community presentation meet company standards
  • Collaborate with graphic designer to create branded and compelling marketing materials, including social media posts, email blasts, invitations, and community collateral
  • Other duties as assigned

Experience and Skills:

  • College degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field required
  • Must be fluent in English and Spanish
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Savvy on social media platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Positive attitude and the desire to work in a team environment
  • Computer literate in MS Office
