Jr. Graphic Designer – Homebuilding Division

Position Summary

The Jr. Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visual concepts to communicate ideas that inform and inspire home shoppers and real estate agents for First America Homes, the Homebuilding Division of The Signorelli Company. In this position, you will work with closely with the marketing team and creative manager. The primary responsibility of the Jr. Graphic Designer will be to create various effective marketing pieces that promote the corporate brand identity to the consumer.

 Responsibilities:

  • Create effective branded marketing pieces including
    • Outdoor and Indoor Community Signage
    • Online Banners
    • Website Material
    • eBlasts
    • Social Media Posting
    • Marketing Packets
    • Billboards
    • Event invitations
    • Flyers and Posters
    • Presentations
  • Assist with other divisions as needed

Experience and Skills

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite package, primarily Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop
  • Deep understanding and ability to visually communicate the right message using the fundamentals of design, including color theory and typography
  • Ability to work within established brand guidelines
  • Detail oriented and organized
  • Basic HTML knowledge
  • Deadline driven and ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work efficiently and independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Positive attitude and the desire to work in a team environment
  • Experience with Power Point and Video Editing preferred
  • Portfolio of work submitted at time of application required
  • Bilingual in Spanish, preferred
