Purchasing Coordinator, Homebuilding

We are currently seeking a Purchasing Coordinator to support the Purchasing Department, while working closing with the construction, accounting and sales teams.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare construction documents for home start packages
  • Prepare and track homeowner warranty requests
  • Review sales & options contracts
  • Analyze purchase orders for direct construction and option costs
  • Maintain a list of all active trade partners and their main contacts
  • Support Purchasing team at all times with other projects as assigned
Experience and Skills
  • Two (2) years residential construction experience required
  • College degree preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Positive attitude and the desire to work in a team environment
