Internet Marketing Associate, Part-Time (Bilingual), Homebuilding Division

The Internet Marketing Associate is responsible for assisting with the internet marketing efforts for First America Homes, the Homebuilding Division of The Signorelli Company. In this position, you will be responsible for generating internet leads from social media and other internet outlets. The primary responsibility of the Internet Marketing Associate will be to orchestrate online sales activities providing information to the internet visitor with the goal of scheduling an appointment with on-site Sales Managers.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Marketing Manager with the First America Homes internet marketing programs
  • Monitor and respond timely and accurately to all web inquiries, emails and phones calls
  • Educate internet leads on current/future community and product offerings
  • Follow-up with Internet leads per the follow-up program outlined by the Marketing Manager
  • Collaborate with marketing team to develop and implement new sales and marketing strategies to increase sales volume and conversion rates
Experience and Skills
  • Coursework in Marketing, Public Relations, or other related field preferred
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related field preferred
  • Bilingual English/Spanish
  • Available to work up to 25 hours a week between the hours of 8am-5pm, some weekends
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Savvy on social media platforms
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Positive attitude and the desire to work in a team environment
  • Computer literate in MS Office
