Lease agreement secures 2,400-square-foot restaurant as newest location in Greater Houston

THE WOODLANDS, TEXAS (JULY 14, 2025) - The Signorelli Company announces The Kebab Shop, the popular Mediterranean-inspired restaurant, is bringing its flavorful cuisine to Valley Ranch Town Center in New Caney, Texas, with its new location slated to open in Fall 2025.

Designed for dine-in and take-out convenience, the 2,400-square-foot fast-casual eatery, located at 21856 Market Place Drive, offers customers a diverse menu featuring Grilled Wraps, signature bowls, and house-made skewers — all built to order with fire-grilled flavor and scratch-made sauces. The San Diego-based brand is also known for its award-winning fries, named best fries eight years in a row by San Diego Magazine.

Founded in 2007, The Kebab Shop has 50 locations across the United States. This will be the 10th in the Greater Houston area.
