THE WOODLANDS, TX – (July 7, 2022) – With two new businesses opening and leases signed for two more, limited retail opportunities remain in the 1.5 million-square-foot Valley Ranch Town Center.
Newly opened in Valley Ranch Town Center is Gadget MD, a repair shop for cell phones, tablets, personal computers and game consoles. In business since 2007, Gadget MD has 1,330 square feet in Valley Ranch Town Center. Also recently opened is Thrive Mortgage, with 1,800 square feet of office space. Thrive Mortgage has branches in 39 states, including seven in the Houston area.
Set to open in October is F45 Training, which is leasing 2,144 square feet. F45 Training is an international company with more than 1,000 studios open across the globe. More than 40 are open in the Houston area, offering high-intensity, calorie-burning workouts in 45 minutes.
Coming to Valley Ranch Town Center next year is Rogers Premier Salon Suites, which has leased 14,250 square feet. Rogers offers luxury salon suites in Utah, San Antonio and the Dallas-Fort Worth area. This will be the company’s first Houston-area salon.
“Valley Ranch Town Center has become exactly as it was intended — a destination of conveniences for the region,” said Ralph Ireland, Senior Vice President of Commercial and Residential Development of the Signorelli Company, which is developing the Valley Ranch master-planned community. “Top retailers quickly responded to our premier location and demographics, and the upcoming Valley Ranch Marketplace is already generating similar interest.”
Academy Sports + Outdoors became the center’s first retailer when it opened in 2016. Valley Ranch Town Center is now home to more than 65 restaurants, stores and services, including a 123,000-square-foot Kroger and an upcoming 134,856-square-foot Target, the first Target store to be built from the ground up in Houston within the last five years.
“The community and surrounding area will greatly benefit from companies of this caliber joining our other top retailers in Valley Ranch Town Center,” Ireland said. “They are a good complement to the shopping, dining and other services already found there.”
In all, Valley Ranch will offer 3.5 million square feet of retail and restaurant space located on more than 1,400 acres along The Grand Parkway and Interstate 69. As development of Valley Ranch Town Center’s 1.5 million square feet nears build out, Valley Ranch Marketplace is planned to offer 1.0 million square feet of retail and restaurant space – now pre-leasing.
