Texas-Based Homebuilder and Developer to Offer New Home Designs
in 1,400-Acre Master-Planned Community
The Signorelli Company, developer of the 1,400-acre master-planned community of Valley Ranch, is proud to announce the addition of CastleRock Communities to its impressive collection of homebuilders. Valley Ranch is conveniently located at the epicenter of growth in the northeast Houston corridor at I69 and the Grand Parkway, just north of Kingwood.
CastleRock will be building in the Azalea District in Valley Ranch. The new one-and two-story, open concept home designs will be priced from the $180s to $210s and range in size from 1,600 to 2,500 square feet. Other popular features will include an optional two-and-a-half car garage, the Energy Plus Program, up to 12-foot interior ceilings, personalized designs, finishes and upgrades, and main floor master suites. CastleRock Communities has a Better Business Bureau A+ Rating, and is a member of the National Builder 100. The company is also a recipient of the Energy Star Leadership in Housing Award and the Lawn and Garden Care American Landscaping Award of Excellence.
“Efficiency with flair best describes our approach to creating the extremely popular collection of new homes we will be offering in Valley Ranch,” said Lance Wright, partner and EVP of CastleRock Communities and Mercury Luxury Homes. “While these homes are tailored to first-time homebuyers, they offer plenty of room for growth for all families who want to improve their lives. This cutting-edge product line allows us to provide a home that is a personal expression of how our customers live.”
“We are extremely impressed with the senior management team at CastleRock Communities,” said Daniel Signorelli, President and CEO of The Signorelli Company. “They share our belief that building communities is more important than just the bricks and mortar approach to homebuilding. They have built over seven thousand homes in some of the nation’s finest communities and have more than 100 years of experience in homebuilding and community development to their credit. We are pleased to welcome them to our outstanding homebuilder line-up in Valley Ranch.”
CastleRock joins homebuilders Horizon Homes by Highland Homes, Signorelli Homes, First America Homes and Legend Homes in Valley Ranch, where homes are priced from the $180s to $400s. Parks, lakes, trails, a community clubhouse with pool, plus excellent New Caney ISD neighborhood schools add to the appeal of Valley Ranch. Valley Ranch is planned to include approximately 2,500 homes and townhomes and 1,000 multi-family residences upon completion.
Attend the “Taste of Valley Ranch” Grand Opening Event of the brand new model homes on Saturday, April 22, 2017 from 12pm-4pm. Visitors will enjoy a variety of food and drinks in each decorated model home and register to win a chef dinner among other prizes. The kids can enjoy getting their face painted, having a balloon animal made and get their picture done by a caricature artist! Join the fun and learn more at www.valley-ranch.com/taste.
In addition to new homes by a variety of respected homebuilders, Valley Ranch is home to the 240-acre Valley Ranch Town Center, a regional retail destination that will include over 85 popular stores and restaurants, an Entertainment District with a 10-screen NextGen® Cinemark theater, 13,500-seat planned amphitheater, family-oriented game venue, and New Caney ISD’s Texan Drive Stadium and Natatorium, plus hotels, parks and other civic centers.
Valley Ranch is strategically located within minutes of Bush Intercontinental Airport, Houston’s Central Business District, The Galleria/Uptown and The Woodlands, and minutes from ExxonMobil’s 385-acre campus in Spring – making it one of the closest commutes of all of the surrounding master-planned communities.
