With over 20 years of experience in the homebuilding industry, Dave Barnhart has led the First America Homes team from a start-up to becoming one of the largest privately held builders in the nation. As an expert in residential construction, land acquisition, development and sales management, Dave’s disciplined focus and attention to detail enabled him to quickly rise through the industry ranks.

For the past decade, Dave’s leadership has grown First America Homes into a top 25 builder in the greater Houston market. His strategic approach has expanded the homebuilder into the San Antonio/Austin region in 2022, with intended future growth into the Dallas market.

Dave holds a B.B.A in Management from Texas A&M University and currently sits on the Board of Directors for HomeAid Houston.
