With decades of experience in residential construction and leadership, David brings a strong track record for building high-performing teams and delivering quality homes that meet the evolving needs of today’s homebuyers. Prior to joining First America Homes, David served as Houston Division President at Chesmar Homes and has held leadership roles with respected homebuilders including General Homes, Huntington Homes (Highland Homes) and Toll Brothers. During his tenure as Houston Division President at Toll Brothers, he led multi-department operations and played a key role in expanding the company’s product portfolio to reach a broader range of homebuyers, achieving threefold growth during his leadership.
