Marketing Associate

Position Summary

The Marketing Associate will be responsible for coordinating the marketing efforts for the various Signorelli Company divisions and brands. This position will assist with lead generation, onsite sales support, report generation, even coordination, as well as maintaining brand adherence. The primary responsibility of the Marketing Associate will be to effectively implement marketing programs in the Greater Houston Area and work with the in-house marketing and graphics department to create compelling and branded campaigns, events and promotions.  This is an exempt position that reports to the Signorelli Company Marketing Director.

 Responsibilities:

  • Assist the marketing team with the execution of all marketing campaigns
  • Promote a consistent image that supports the Signorelli Company brands throughout all product lines, promotional materials and events
  • Support social media efforts by planning and posting relevant content, providing community management support by answering incoming messages, comments, and reviews, and monitoring pages for potential issues, relevant story ideas, etc. Monitor competitors’ social media platforms
  • Assist in planning and coordinate marketing activities for community and realtor events, as well as demonstrate excellent event planning and management skills for corporate and division events
  • Plan, coordinate and manage photography shoots for advertising, website, signage, publicity and printed materials, accomplishing consistency and brand awareness
  • Collaborate with graphic design team to create compelling marketing materials, including social media posts, email campaigns, digital advertisements, broker presentations, flyers, and signage to drive leads
  • Understand and manage sales tracking system, track traffic, sales, closings and run weekly marketing/sales reports
  • Prepare and proof marketing materials to ensure they follow company and brand standards
  • Oversee inventory of giveaway items and research or order new items as needed
  • Handle online reputation management for various review platforms
  • Update and monitor company websites
  • Other duties as assigned

 Experience and Skills 

  • Minimum 2 years of marketing experience preferred
  • BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
  • Experience creating and posting social media content on multiple platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Positive attitude and the desire to work in a team environment
  • Capable of prioritizing multiple, simultaneous projects in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
  • Executes approved projects in a timely manner – ensures scope accuracy and compliance
  • Able to problem solve with clients and team
  • Respond quickly and efficiently to changing situations and deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to use standard software applications (Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, CRM, online database applications, internet)
