Brady Wilkins has over 25 years of investment real estate experience including acquisitions, development, brokerage, asset management, equity and debt structuring, and has been involved in commercial real estate transactions totaling over $2 billion.
As Executive Vice President, for the last five years Brady has led the Signorelli retail development team with oversight of over one million square feet of retail development primarily focusing on the land development, construction and leasing of Valley Ranch Town Center in New Caney, TX, and the Shops at Aspen Creek in Broken Arrow, OK.
As those assets have transitioned into the operational phase, Brady has shifted his responsibilities as New Business Advisor to the identification of new development opportunities in retail, office, and hospitality.
