Patrick Stites

Vice President, Commercial Development

Patrick brings more than 14 years of commercial real estate experience with a focus on large-scale master-planned community development—environments thoughtfully designed for residents to live, work, play, and thrive.

At Signorelli, Patrick manages strategic commercial development at Valley Ranch and Austin Point. Current projects at Valley Ranch include Marketplace, a 188-acre shopping center, and Commerce District, a 55-acre grocery-anchored mixed-use development.

Experience:

Prior to joining Signorelli, Patrick spent 10 years in the commercial division at Howard Hughes, planning and developing projects in The Woodlands and Bridgeland communities. Notable developments include the mixed-use Hughes Landing in The Woodlands, Creekside Village Center, and Bridgeland Village Green.
