With over 30 years of finance and accounting experience in various facets of the real estate industry, Steve Johnston brings a wealth of knowledge and controls to The Signorelli Company.

Steve is responsible for all financial operations of The Signorelli Company and its investments, including treasury, audit, budgeting, accounting and debt management.

Steve’s history includes holding controller positions for public builder Centex Homes, as well as Brighton Homes, a K. Hovnanian company. With over 20 years experience working for home builders in the public and private sector, Steve provides a sound accounting base to help manage the growth of the company.

As Vice President of Finance and Accounting, Steve analyzes company performance vs. budget allocations, evaluates capital spending, and serves as a collaborative member of the senior management team.

Steve also handles all reporting for quarterly and annual reports and communications with investors on various projects.
