Philip Hale was instrumental in founding SDG Custom Homes (a Signorelli affiliate) and has run the residential construction division since its inception. Creating the division from the ground up, Philip has developed a high-quality product and an efficient team of superintendents to carry out the construction process.

Prior to joining The Signorelli Company, Philip worked with industry leader MHI and Hagy Custom Homes, exclusively in the Lakeway and Westlake areas of Austin, Texas.

Upon completing over $25,000,000 in home building projects for SDG, the company expanded Philip’s duties to include oversight of vertical construction and management of residential, retail and multi-family development.
