Kevin Meuth has an extensive and diverse background in management and operations of Major Residential Builders.  With over 20 years in the industry, Kevin's background with privately held and large public company's include management and executive positions in sales, construction, and purchasing, most recently serving for 6 years as the Houston Division President for publicly traded Meritage Homes (MTH).    
Kevin has a long history of success, being instrumental in the start-up and dynamic growth of several prominent Houston homebuilders including Royce Homes and Legend Home Corporation as well as the growth of Meritage in the Houston Market.  With experience running companies with over $200million in revenue and close to 1,000 annual closings, Kevin brings a proven road map to lead the Home building Division towards its growth targets for profitability and market share in Texas.

As Vice President of Operations for Signorelli, Kevin helps make Signorelli one of the fastest growing builders in the Houston market.
