Kevin Kuhn has devoted over 20 years to the construction industry in both residential and commercial construction. Kevin’s father introduced him to commercial construction while in high school and Kevin continued to learn as much as he could at Drymalla Construction while living in Columbus, Texas. Kevin took drafting, electrical and architecture in college and in 1985 moved to Houston.

Kevin started his construction career with Miner Dederich Construction as a field service engineer. Kevin then entered the single family new home construction industry, spending the next 20 years working with two large volume builders, DR Horton and Royce Builders and in custom home building as well.

Kevin has consistently been awarded a “top ten” homebuilder within these organizations and won many quality awards including the “Quality Builder of the Year” award for superior construction from not only the builder but from third party inspectors as well. While at Royce, Kevin achieved many top builder awards, including the “lowest extras” award, which was one of the hardest to win. Kevin won this honor several times, with his philosophy of saving money & spending wisely. Kevin feels that the “customer experience” is the primary key to his success, which is proven by having been awarded many consumer awards for customer referrals as well as satisfaction awards for the highest customer satisfaction scores for consecutive quarters while with Royce and DR Horton.

Kevin joined Signorelli to manage the single family construction department, lending his considerable history and tenure with key vendors and tradesmen to Signorelli’s growing company. Kevin is an EPA Certified Lead Safety renovator and is very active within the Greater Houston Builders Association. As Assistant Scout Master with Boy Scouts of America Troop 655, Kevin enjoys camping, fishing, archery and teaching gun safety to the kids. Kevin is President of the Jersey Village Choir Booster Club and volunteers on the Parish Fall Festival Committee at St. Matthew’s Church.
