April 22, 2024

The Signorelli Company, one of Texas’ largest privately held real estate developers, announced that Cielo, a 256-acre community in Conroe, Texas, is now open for home sales. The public is invited to tour the first model homes from nationally acclaimed builders CastleRock and Rausch Coleman Homes, offering a variety of floor plans on 40-, 45- and 50-foot lots, with new homes starting from the mid $200’s.

Located on a prime tract of land off Airport Road, Cielo provides quick access to Interstate 45 and Loop 336 transit corridors, with Lake Conroe, The Woodlands and Tomball minutes away. Students are zoned to the highly rated Conroe Independent School District, with the district’s newest elementary school, Bartlett Elementary, located within Cielo and scheduled to open this fall.

“Montgomery County remains one the fastest-growing counties in Texas, and we’re delighted to offer homebuyers a wide range of options at Cielo from trusted homebuilders, along with surroundings and amenities designed to enrich lives,” said Jeff Dewese, senior vice president, Land Division, The Signorelli Company. “Cielo reflects our goal of creating communities that contribute to residents’ health, wellbeing and quality of life.”

Each Cielo homebuilder is offering 8-10 single-family floor plans. CastleRock homes range in size from 1,362 to 2,817 square feet, with two to four bedrooms, and offer design features such as nine-foot ceilings, island kitchens, luxury master bathrooms, covered patios and game rooms. Prices range from $232,000s to $328,000s. Homes from Rauch Coleman Homes are 1,248 to 2,344 square feet, with three to four bedrooms, and feature design elements such as expansive family rooms, covered patios, island kitchens, spacious pantries and loft areas. Prices range from $219,000s to $269,000s. Brightland Homes has also joined the community with model homes set to open this summer. Their homes are 1,550 to 2,740 square feet with three to five bedrooms. Design elements, unique amenities and home prices are to be announced.
