First America Homes Expands Presence in San Antonio: Introducing Signature Acreage Homes to the Community

September 21, 2023

First America Homes continues to expand its footprint across Central Texas, adding another community in a booming area to their growing line up.

The builder has closed on 29 homesites in Jordan’s Ranch, an acreage community located at Pleasanton Road and Loop 1604 west of Highway 281. The properties range from a half-acre to 1.5 acres, and sales should begin in early November. Model home construction is underway.

“This community is in an excellent location that provides homeowners access to all that San Antonio has to offer,” said San Antonio Division President Chris Hill. “Homeowners can enjoy nearby downtown San Antonio and then a peaceful retreat to their spacious property in Jordan’s Ranch. It’s the best of both worlds.”

Floor plan and pricing information is not yet available. Prospective buyers can join an exclusive interest list online.

First America Homes recently opened in Katzer Ranch and Willow Point, with homes priced from the $250,000s in both communities. The builder features a variety of home designs in Katzer Ranch, which is located near Loop 1604 and Interstate 10 in Converse. Willow Point, located on the east side of San Antonio with access to Interstate 10 and Loop 410, is near major employers like Amazon.

“With larger homesites, we expect to offer a more diversified floor plan selection in Jordan’s Ranch that will showcase our range,” Hill said. “Of course, no matter the size, each of our homes is built to exacting standards to ensure quality and energy efficiency.”

Part of The Signorelli Company, First America Homes strives to keep home prices affordable through a variety of operational efficiencies and bundling together lending, insurance, title work and more under one umbrella to help contain costs. Homes are also inspected multiple times throughout the build as part of the Guardian Certification Program, which requires the home to meet strict criteria involving internal moisture management, air pressure balancing, improved thermal systems, low-e windows and other specifications.

First America Homes has helped thousands of families find beautiful new homes since the company’s 2010 inception. In addition to San Antonio, First America Homes can be found in 35 communities around the Greater Houston area, with a 36th community opening in Sealy soon.
