The commercial acquisition team of The Signorelli Company has acquired several office buildings and a health care facility in recent years and has also positioned the company with more than 300 acres of key tracts for retail development. These land positions include hard corners at major intersections with monopolistic qualities, providing excellent demand for large-scale, credit-anchored retail centers. Ultimately, this area of land will be home to over 1.5 million square feet of retail.
